Harvest Moon is all about freshness, and dances to the beat of the Vinho Verde wines crafted in Portugal. It’s a blend of estate-grown Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that was quickly pressed to limit color and tannin. The grapes used to make Harvest Moon are the first to be picked each season, true to the idea of ‘young wine’, which results in an exceptionally light and lifted wine with racy acidity.
