Everything this brand turns out, is absolutely top quality! I would always love to purchase this brand for the smoothness and rich flavor that I find no other brand able to even compare in my deep coffee loving history. In a drip machine I would order ground for sure, but if you intend to use a French press I recommend using whole bean and aiming for a coarser grind.

Aromatic, Stronger than 7 Dwarves and a surefire way to ram your way through the gates of Valhalla. For real though, best coffee I’ve ever had, great taste and a very pleasant aroma. Went from having to use creamer in my coffee to tolerate it to drinking it black.

Be careful over consuming this because it is very high caffeine compared to standard coffee.That said, the flavor is great. It is very dark roast but is very smooth and mellow. Doesn’t have an acidic burn to it when you drink it. It is one of my favorites, but it is just so expensive.

Make sure a toilet is near byPositive:The coffee itself has a very nice taste while drinking but the after taste is where the flavor really shines. First time I experience this nice of aftertaste, don’t really know how to explain it, I guess it’s very smooth.Negative:The caffeine content was disappointing. The reason I even bought this was because I was tired of drinking 3 cups of coffee and was hoping that one cup of this would be sufficient, unfortunately I had to drink 3 cups of this to reach the same energy levels as my regular coffee. What I’m trying to say is the caffeine content was no different than regular coffee. Now maybe that was just my batch I don’t know, but this is from my experience. So for my purposes it was a bit costly to get this, seeing how the packet only lasted me a weekOther things to consider:Again this is from my experience, this coffee does run through you. After i finish my first cup, I have to run to the toilet. Now depending on who you are this can be seen as a positive or negativeOver all it is a high quality coffee with an amazing taste but for the purpose of just getting energy, I don’t think it’s worth it, and I probably won’t buy again

The Mike Tyson of coffee.I am NOT a coffee connoisseur, I’m a shift worker. At my job, I have unlimited free coffee, as such I have developed a sort of tolerance to caffeinated beverages. After seeing the hype around Death Wish coffee, I had to give it a try, and boy was I glad I did.I don’t drink coffee for the taste, and when my Valhalla Java Odinforce blend arrived, I was ready to down a mug of bitter black water for the kick. I was pleasantly surprised that it actually had an enjoyable taste. No, it had a phenomenal taste. As someone who normally has several coffees in a short period of time for the energy, I’m going to have to limit myself, because after my first mug, I wanted to enjoy another, which brings me to my next point.The kick is real. It’s my new pre work and pre workout go-to booster. The Odinforce blend really makes you feel like you have the force of Odin, presiding over the big table in Valhalla. Comparing this to other coffees that I’ve tried is like comparing the boxing skills of Hannah Montana to Mike Tyson. This was the first coffee I’ve ordered online, and I can say 100% that I’m ordering the bulk package when I run low.All in all, Death Wish Valhalla Java lives up to its name. The bold flavour, hearty aroma and a caffeine kick that is second to none. I cannot recommend this coffee enough, it’s my new favourite. 5 stars. The folks over at deathwish are heroes as far as I’m concerned.
